Recently, and posted here, Fisher said there had to be a 'cultural' change - he said this in regards to penalties, (little odd that, to me)...
But I think Fisher has established a 'culture' on this team and it needs changing, IMHO. For me they seem to be perfectly comfortable in 'lack of urgency' demeanor. "it will come" "it takes time" "can't expect much at this point". "Too early to judge". It's never 'now'... as I stated some time back it's like "Waiting for Godot".
