Right now, "the game's slowing down," etc. A year from now he'll look back and tell us how he was swimming throughout training camp but NOW things are "really slowing down for me."
Just the way of things.
2 things I like: 1) Any questions about the strength of his arm seem to have been answered; 2) It's confirmed that he'll work hard at his craft.
Gimme sufficient raw tools, a guy willing to work hard, and a guy w/proven leadership skills and I REALLY like his chances of succeeding.
