He is looking for a competitive product that brings in money.

Fisher provides continuity and stability. That's important to Kroenke.

He won't fire Fisher until the losing hurts his master plan in Inglewood. Fisher knows he won't see Inglewood if he continues losing, but he can hang around for 2 more years if he's not awful.
