Snead finds gems deep into the draft. Even a bunch in UDFA. Has for four years. Best GM talent evaluator since Klosterman, IMO.
Remember, Snead's job is to evaluate the types of players that FISHER outlines. At least in the top 2-3 rounds. Not necessarily what players Snead himself prefers. It's kinda ass backwards, if you ask me.
And it's Fisher's job to develop and win with the players upon which Fisher himself had final decision.
For the above reasons I give Snead a top grade. And Fisher a fail (so far).
