I think he has done a heck of a job honestly. My hope is that Fisher gets it going and stays the Rams coach for the next decade or more until he decided to retire. But if he fails and was to get fired, I personally hope the Rams keep Snead.... He is the real deal GM and I really wonder what his drafts would look like if he was making the call and it wasnt CJF with final say.
Keep Demoff and keep Les. They are two good guys to build this team with, and I am really pulling for Coach Fisher. I have lost some faith in him but I wanted them to hire him badly when they did and I want him in LA long term....it means the Rams are winning and it means consistency finally.
Lets not forget who is in control here in the end.... Its CJF.
I like Snead, he will go up, he will stay put and he will trade back. The Rams drafts are significantly more exciting and have produced better players top to bottom with him then anyone since Armey.
Snead and his group find UDFA gems...not just guys...But contributors and an All Pro in Hekker. The list is impressive.
