Finding a head coach is a crap shoot. We're the Rams a good team when Fisher became the head coach? No, they were not.
Were they close to being a good team? No!
Are they a lot closer now to being a good team? YES!! And why is that? Because of the drafts of Fisher and Snead that is why.
The Rams were at the level of being an expansion team when Fisher came on board.
