First off Florida Ram, I've been watching Rams and NFL football since 1966. I'm 60 years old now. I'm probably 30 years older then Bucky.
Nobody needs to clue me in onto the prat falls a rookie QB faces. I've seen this story over and over again.
I was there Opening of Camp and the following day. I was there on Saturday at the Coliseum. Goff is doing good he really is. Is he ready?
I personally as an experienced fan knew he very well may not be ready and I personally am ok with Keenum as the starter.
This is week 2 of Camp and the first pre-season game is this coming Saturday. I personally am not placing any expectations on Goff or the team.
I'm just going to sit back, relax and see what happens.
If the Rams handle this correctly then by the end of pre-season we should all know much more. If Goff ends up sitting the season then maybe that means
Keenum is doing well and the Rams are winning.
I only care about winning. I don't care who the starting QB is as long as the Rams are winning.
Grits
Well said and I concur
GreatRamNTheSky.. I trust coach Fisher to start the right QB vs the 49ers and if that is Keenum so be it...
WINS are the most important thing and the young franchise QB will find his way to the field when they (Fisher, Boras and Weinke) deem him ready..
