Well, I think that there are still a few questions to be answered about our OL.
Has GRob "arrived"?
Can Saffold's shoulders stay healthy?
Now we have to wonder about Hav's pup status.
But overall I agree with leaf. We may be in the best overall shape up and down our OL that we've seen in years. In fact, GRob, Saffold, and Hav are potential upper echelon OL players.
The depth will sort itself out. Gonna be some fierce competition, that's for sure. Any player that doesn't show up in great shape and knowing his playbook has only himself to blame. And no sympathy from me. The days of OL depth mediocrity are behind us.
Battle? If he shines this preseason then it was a great pick. If he disappoints then it was only a 5th rounder and well worth the risk, IMO.
I'm kinda curious about Donnal. Will he show up dramatically improved? 'Cause I think he needs to if he hopes to make this year's 53.
Fisher was quite complimentary about the OL players at OTA's, so I think we can look forward to some great camp reports there. Gotta make Goff and Gurley happy, huh?
