Interesting opinion but I don't buy it.
Foles went to pieces because there are things he could not do effectively in a pro style system (in Phil he was in a spread).
I seriously doubt he could handle doing the kinds of things Arians could do with a seasoned vet with skills like Palmer has.
And I do strongly believe if you put Palmer on last year's Rams, they would make good use of him and win some games they didn't with Foles.
So our opinions on this just flat differ.
