Of course, Kelly is a good offensive coach, so his much better play with the Eagles is a little misleading, but that is your problem.
Yes, of course the Cardinals have had a QB and the Rams have not had a good QB. But the Cardinals coach gets that QB all things equal playing the best of his career and winning tons of games where he didn't win in his previous 10+ seasons very often.
In the meantime, Fisher takes a QB and he plays his worst football of his career. Simply put:

To me it is puzzling how the Cardinals coach and Kelly are looked unfavorable from you, but Fisher is like a GOD for you. He is a good coach but not a GOD and he is actually very bad on the offensive side, simply a glaring weakness.
