The Rams D is talented any good D coach could get performance out of them. I do like Williams though so I kinda doubt Fisher takes much away from GW coaching and does it himself so that is very nonsensical as well. I am sure he contributes but not enough to make it collapse if he left it to his DC to handle it all.
