Demoff is less qualified to pick HC than Snead is. imo

I think Stan wanted to emulate what the Pats did in their power structure...and set up the Rams in that same way.
I think he will continue to see that strategy as the best...and so, even if Fisher is ousted, I think Snead gets fired too
......as the new HC will want and have all control over the team as Fisher does....just as Bellicheck does.
So, I think if Fisher goes then, everyone below him(all staff) will go too...unless the new HC wants some of them...but that's kinda rare unless they know them and have worked with them before....and want them on the new staff.
