Fisher signed off on the hire, and may have even made the final decision, but the performance of the two will always be judged independently and that's the smart way to do it IMO.
Snead is intelligent and skilled as a GM it would appear. Maybe he's been lucky a few times, some guys have careers that start well and fizzle out. But IMO he may be eventually drawing some comparisons to Ozzie Newsome, who is the discussion for best GM the NFL has
ever seen.
