Where I part company with the Fisher nay-sayers....

July 22, 2016 05:43PM
I'm not in the Fisher 'can't camp... I'm in the Fisher 'won't' camp. Lot of reasons for my opinion but not for this reply, most I've mentioned previously, maybe all.

When Fisher is confident, has his Linus blanket snuggly wrapped around him, he can, and will, win big games. And while I do not think he's much helping his players in preparation to reach that level when Fisher's has his blanket snuggly in place I think the 'talent level', (due to him, and his management team) will leap over Fisher's rein and Fisher will be soon to follow. I've written before, he's not a fool, he "does" know the game.

I really do believe that could happen at any time.... the landmines he's hit, injuries the best example, have delayed his players in taking that step and thus Fisher's willingness to 'let the big dog eat'. - JamesJM
