Yes. Everybody can make a case that a QB makes all the difference in the world. That is a given,
but with Fisher, the theme is always the offensive player plays under their talent level, including QB.
I see Foles play his worst football of his career here, but did well elsewhere so Foles is his problem.
If Foles had played ok, you could say, Fisher is making the best out of what he has, but he regressed and regressed greatly.
I believe the underachieving is related to a few core problems.
1) Horrific fundamentals (Preseason approach whatever it is - does not work)
2) Predictability of offense (when the defense knows the 5 plays and can key on 1 play based on formation - it is a huge disadvantage
3) Player development (this is kind of related to #1), but I don't think it is just related to fundamentals. Players on offense seem ill-prepared. I think blowing off the preseason has a large part of their game day error prone ways.
