Yes you have posted that kind of overhaul has been done recently.. It's takes some good fortune for major overhauls to be done the right way and quickly. I also noticed that about 1/3 of the roster turns over annually for most NFL teams.

the NFL is a seriously difficult business to be consistent and successfully reload and find the right guys year in a year out. The ones that do more often than not have a solid QB to mask other weaknesses...

This is why the upper tier GM's with their super scouts and clever Free Agent scout teams deserve every penny they make. If the Rams are not dominating in 2017 and 2018 S&F will have blown their special opportunity to make the Rams Great Again.
