A lot of work, very well done.
I have one small response though, regarding the 2011-2012 transition. First, the most minor of all, Tim BARNES was on the 2011 practice squad. Beyond that, there's something that's unique to 2011 that makes all of this harder to figure. According to Football Outsiders, the 2011 Rams had the most injuries on offense of any team since 2002. That's not even counting all the injuries at CB (which went as high if I recall as 10 players). The injury factor was so severe I even asked Demoff once in an online chat if it got to the point where it was starting to get funny, and he actually said yes. The point is, a lot of the extended roster for 2011 includes in-season injury replacements. This pumps up the number of players Fisher let go in 2012 (in-season injury replacements are, after all, players who already didn't make a team, and they tend not to be retained). On top of it, there were a couple of players who just walked away from football after 2011 (Brown and Bell). And there were a number of players who got career-ending injuries in that season too. Fisher, after taking the job, was asked about the Rams 2011 season and he described the 2011 injury situation as "horrific" (that's a direct quote).
I don't know what can be done with all that info, but it does make the 2011 to 2012 transition an unusual one. The Rams let a lot of 2011 players go, but a large number of those were, as I said, in-season injury replacements (plus as I said there were other losses too, include those who quit football and those who suffered career ending injuries).
