I think on paper they have the talent to win. By "win" I mean 9-10 games. And I say that regardless of who's at QB week 1. But that's also based on them being a pretty healthy team. Key players need to stay healthy- namely Gurley, Donald, Quinn, Ogletree, Johnson, Gaines, and McDonald. The OL as a starting unit needs to make something like 65+ starts.
