If the Rams have done so well at picking quality players, and the W-L records aren't improving, is it coaching that's the real problem?
If top notch guys are consistently on the field, then the record should be better than it is.
And because it's not, the coaching should be ranked low.
I don't agree with being ranked as low as #30, but the Fisher part of Snisher needs to improve its game, and now.
