Which QB should we draft in the later rounds?

Yeah, I know we have a lot of holes to fill, but I firmly believe in drafting a QB every year, even if you have a solid starter. And it's not like we have a solid starter! I like Goff, I think he'll probably turn out OK, but we don't know if Mannion will fit the new system and we need to take a shot.

So who looks good from our second 4th round pick on down??
